A place to learn more about eating disorders. A place to share about your concerns as well as your anger. And finally, a place to obtain the support, understanding, empathy and hope you need to assist you in getting through this difficult time.

An eight week group designed for individuals who grew up in a home with alcoholic parent. Do you guess at what normal behavior is? Do you judge yourself without mercy? Do you have difficult having fun? Do you have difficulty with intimate relationships? Do you overreact to changes over which you have no control? Are you either super responsible or super irresponsible? If you answered yes to any of the preceding questions this group will benefit you. 

An ongoing support group for individuals with cancer. 

An eight week group designed for individuals diagnosed with a chronic illness. This group will offer support, understanding, information and hope for those coping with a chronic illness. 

An eight week educational/process/support group based on the Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP) principles. You will learn how to: better understand yourself and your child, understand your child's beliefs and feelings, encourage your child, listen and effectively talk to your child, discipline your child and teach your child to cooperate. 

An eight week process/support group designed to meet the needs of women. This group will offer support, information, understanding and encouragement.
